Authority Isn’t the Problem. False Authority Is.
Healing begins when you stop surrendering to what was never meant to lead you.
These sessions are for women and men navigating emotional pain, relational trauma, unexpected change, or spiritual disconnection.
Private 1:1 sessions. We listen to what your body is saying. We invite the Holy Spirit to move. We follow the thread of your story with curiosity and care.
Each private session is 60 minutes.
While one session can be meaningful, most clients choose to work with me weekly for an extended season—often nine to twelve months. That consistency allows for deep transformation, lasting growth, and a strong sense of safety and momentum.
After that, many shift into an as-needed rhythm. You’re always in the driver’s seat. I don’t set timelines. I don’t pressure.
We let the work unfold in alignment with where God is leading—and at a pace that honors your nervous system and your season of life.
What to Expect + How to Get Started
In session, we begin with what you’re noticing, holding, or struggling to make sense of. We talk, we listen, we follow what’s showing up in your body and spirit.
Sometimes you’ll leave with clarity. Other times, with a new question to sit with. We always invite the Holy Spirit to lead the process.
You may cry. You may feel relief. You may feel seen in a way you haven’t before. You’ll leave with notes, reflections, and something meaningful to carry with you into the week ahead.
If you’re interested in working together, the next step is simple:
Send me an email.
We’ll start with a brief 15-minute phone call to get to know one another, answer your questions, and make sure it feels like a good fit.
If it does, we’ll schedule your first session together from there.

What Makes This Work Different
Most people come to me feeling like they’ve tried everything—therapy, books, spiritual work, mindset tools—and still feel stuck. The truth is: most approaches only address one part of you.
But you’re not just a mind. Not just a body. Not just a soul. You are all three. And all three deserve to be part of your healing.
In our work together, I draw from a unique combination of:
Christian counseling – to process what’s been heavy, confusing, or painful in your thoughts and emotions
Coaching – to build self-awareness, reconnect with your inner voice, and support meaningful change
Psychosomatics – to explore the body’s wisdom and gently work through stored tension, trauma, and false identities
Nervous system regulation – to shift from chronic fight, flight, or freeze into safety, presence, and ease
Faith and prayer – to invite the Holy Spirit into your healing, restore your connection to God, and anchor your transformation in Truth
This work is not about fixing you. It’s about walking with you as you remember who you are—and who you belong to.
Many of my clients arrive carrying:
Chronic anxiety, looping thoughts, or internal chaos
Disconnection from their bodies or trouble trusting their emotions
Spiritual confusion, shame, or distance from God
Relational patterns that feel hard to change
Physical symptoms like tension, pain, or chronic fatigue
We move slowly. We stay honest. We pray. We notice. And over time, you’ll begin to feel more like yourself—because you’ll be rooted in something real.
You don’t have to pretend here. You don’t have to perform. Just come as you are.
Not a Christian?
You are welcome here.
Whether you’re rooted in your faith or unsure where you stand with God, we can work together at your comfort level. If you ever have questions about Jesus, I’d be honored to hold space for those too.
It’s possible to feel better. To feel safe in your body. To feel clear in your spirit. To feel loved by God.
Healing doesn’t erase the pain—but it restores the truth of who you are. And that truth is what we’ll build your life upon.
