and friends flung across the United States, and finished my evenings polishing off bottles of wine to slow down my thoughts, numb out my feelings, and lull me into sleep. Yeah, it wasn’t great! 

Since then, I’ve learned to honor rather than abuse my nature and gone on to help countless other empathetic givers and deep thinkers stop centering their power externally and turn inward for a lifetime of safety, love and wisdom with my Healing Sessions.
